Terms of Service

By using Usound ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. The Platform connects Saudi-based companies with verified content creators for fixed-price service agreements. All transactions are facilitated through the Platform with manual admin verification of bank transfers.

Companies are responsible for providing accurate campaign briefs and budget information. Creators are responsible for delivering services as described in their listings.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Platform: email addresses, company registration details, creator portfolio information, and transaction records. All data is stored in Saudi Arabia (MENA region). We do not share your data with third parties except as required by Saudi law.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Payments are held as escrow until service completion and approval. Disputes are reviewed by Platform administrators. Refunds may be issued based on the dispute resolution outcome.
